Scripture: Psalms147:3 - He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.
Subject: Another Type of Makeover, More Than Skin Deep
- And be not conformed to this world; but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Romans 12:2
- We can change our features without changing the heart.
- We cannot hide a bruised heart.
- We all carry scares that are hidden. Some are physical, emotion, medical, etc.
- We tend to conceal our suffering.
- But God heals his people.
- God heals us tenderly, with great care.
- God sees the wounds that others cannot see.
- God's makeover restores a person.
- Our scares are our testimony to God that through Him we are made whole in our spirits.
- A transformation is a change from hate to joy, from turmoil to peace, from jealousy to love, just to name a few examples.
- Please allow to heal you completely instead of holding on to a piece of the problem.
- God's makeover heals the heart. God still transforms lives even today.
