Welcome from Brown Chapel/Avant & Mt. Pleasant
Prayer: Pastor Baggett
Scripture: Exodus 14:8 & 13 - And the Lord Hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he pursued after the children of Israel: and the children of Israel went out with an high hand. But Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will show to you today: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen today, ye shall see them again no more forever.
Subject: How To Cross Your Red Sea
- God has a divine intervention for us.
- If God's will is not heeded there will be consequences.
- With God, we have to fear nothing.
- Moses believed what God said. And God had a plan for His people.
- When we face our Red Sea moments, let's not want to go back to "Egypt!"
- We must seek God always.
- Moses didn't allow his fear to control his faith.
- We should always stand still and know that He is God. Psalm 46:10
- They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31
- Moses acted on what God told him to do.
- We must go forward in our service to the Lord.
- The battle is not ours; it is the Lord's.
