Scripture: Daniel 3:17-18 "If our God whom we are serving exists, he is able to rescue us, O king, from your power as well. But if not, let it be3 known to you, O king, that we don't serve your gods, and we will not pay homage to the golden statue that you have erected."
Subject: He Is Still God
- Great is the Lord.
- He is worthy to be praised. Psalms 18:3
- God is sovereign.
- From verses 6-11 in Daniel 3 the majority did what the king had ordered but the Jews didn't.
- They knew that God was the highest power.
- We cannot serve two masters. Matthew 6:24
- We can be assured that God is in control.
- We cannot escape from the trials and tribulations of life.
