Scripture: Proverbs 29:16 - When wicked are multiplied, transgression increases: but the righteous shall see their fall.
Subject: Hold On, I'm Coming
- We sure could use a little good news today.
- It seems that we are in an alternative world.
- We need to hang on to the Word which is Jesus.
- We need a Damascus situation in this time in our lives. Acts 9:3-9
- We are living in wicked times but we Christians can rejoice in the Lord.
- Is there a difference between evil and wickedness?
- Evil is the opposite of good. Wickedness is the opposite of righteousness.
- Evil was in the Garden of Eden tempting Eve.
- When Herod ordered his soldiers to kill every male child, this was wickedness, maliciousness.
- We can recognize wickedness by those who mislead, rush to judgment, put out alternative facts, they will tell you that you didn't see what you saw, will not take responsibility for anything, withhold information at all costs, etc.
- Fret not for evil doers for they will be cut off: but those that wait upon the Lord, they shall inherit the earth. Psalm 37:9
- Ecclesiastes 3 (Read entire chapter)
- Be ye steadfast Unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord. 1 Corinthians 15:58
- So let us not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't give up. Galatians 6:9
- We must hold on because Jesus is coming back.
