Welcome From Brown Chapel/Avant & Mt. Pleasant

Prayer: Rev. I. Pelton

Prayer verses to keep close to your hearts.

  • Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise. Jeremiah 17:14
  • And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19
  • A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. Proverbs 17:22
  • Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. They prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.  James 5:6
  • Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will bind rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. Matthew 11:28-30
