Scripture: Daniel 3:17-18 - If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of your hand, O king.  But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

Subject: Our God Will Deliver, He Is Still God

• We praise God when things are going our way but not so much when things are bad.
• But God is worthy of praise. 1 Samuel 17:47
• In our prayer request, it is still God's will not ours.
• God is still God in all things
• There is nothing new under the sun. Ecclesiastes 1:9
• Every good and perfect gift comes from God. James 1:17
• You shall know the truth and the truth will make you free. John 8:32
• Nebuchadnezzar denied God by making his own idol but God is still God.
• All things work together for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28
• We have the blessed assurance of God.
